This event is part of a series called Seljetonar. The tunes were collected by Reidar Djupedal. He was a professor of Nordic languages and literature, and collected folklore throughout his life. Reidar Djupedal was my grandfather. The folk tunes in the series are from his hometown of Selje in Stadlandet, and these were published as a special print in Årbok for Nordfjord in the 80s.
